Established since 1989 we have played an international consulting role though the Teleommunications and Electricty sector deregulations in New Zealand and Singapore. This spawned many new companies and alliances. Three of the new companies listed on the New Zealand Stock Exchange and several others were established and sold off as part of a planned exit strategy.
Between these projects the principal became a Director and served on the board of many complanies, and also spent a year as the Chairman of the Board of a Publicly Listed Company. Interspersed with these were several roles in major Telecommunications and Power Companies (obtaining a corporate refresh) and some major multidiscipined infrastructure projects.
Fully owned World Billing Services Limited, founded in 2001, has been the vehicle for undertaking international forensic investigations, audits and appearances as an expert witness in legal arbitration.

Solar Division
The founder designed and installed the first Photovoltaic Solar System in NZ in 1979. Total we act as "Solar Architects". After many offshore projects we now focus on NZ.
Electric Vehicle Division
2016 saw SSN buy a share of the first Electric Vehicle charging company JuicePoint, founded in 2010. Now 100% owned we offer specialist integrated designs and supply rapid charging (CCS2 and CHAdeMo) testers for annual safety certification and fault diagnosis.
